Cancellation Policy

By booking or authorizing services, the customer confirms they are the vehicle owner or have permission from the owner and agree to the following: Pre-Existing Damage: Foothills Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, deterioration, or conditions present before service. This includes scratches, dents, chips, cracks, paint/clear-coat failure, rust, corrosion, fading, damaged or loose trim, emblems, seals, glass, wheels, tires, tint, wraps, PPF, coatings, leather, vinyl, plastic, fabric, carpet, headliners, electronics, sensors, cameras, or aftermarket parts. Cleaning may reveal damage or defects that were previously hidden. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, age, deterioration, previous repairs, improper installation, or defective materials. Fragile Materials: Older, brittle, damaged, or improperly adhered materials may not withstand cleaning. Reasonable care will be used, but no guarantee is made that deteriorated materials will remain intact. Stains & Odors: Stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, mold, mildew, food, bodily fluids, grease, paint, adhesive, water damage, and other contamination may not be completely removable. Results vary by vehicle condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive contamination or labor. Water & Electronics: Customers must disclose known leaks, damaged seals, electrical issues, or aftermarket electronics. Foothills Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing leaks, water intrusion, electrical problems, or improperly installed equipment. Personal Property: Remove valuables, cash, electronics, documents, firearms, medication, and personal belongings before service. Foothills Auto Care is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Vehicle Operation: Customer authorizes Foothills Auto Care to move/operate the vehicle as reasonably necessary. Detailing does not include mechanical inspection or repair. Photos: Foothills Auto Care may photograph the vehicle before and after service to document condition and work performed. Results: Detailing is an appearance-improvement service and does not guarantee “like-new” results or complete removal of defects, stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections. Claims: Concerns or damage claims must be reported promptly, and the vehicle must be made able for inspection. Foothills Auto Care will have a reasonable opportunity to address verified service-related concerns.
