Welcome to Foothills Auto Care. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online booking system, and detailing services. By scheduling a service, making a payment, or visiting our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Foothills Auto Care provides professional auto detailing and protection services including, but not limited to:
Interior and exterior detailing
Paint correction
Ceramic coating
Maintenance and wash services
We strive to deliver the highest quality service possible. However, final results may vary based on the condition of your vehicle, paint type, and prior maintenance.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
We ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit.
3. Vehicle Condition
Customers are expected to disclose the current condition of their vehicle when booking. Additional charges may apply if:
The vehicle requires excessive cleaning (e.g. pet hair, stains, heavy oxidation).
The condition differs significantly from the description provided at booking.
Foothills Auto Care reserves the right to decline service if a vehicle’s condition poses a health or safety risk to our team.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, or approved digital payments.
All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party processors; Foothills Auto Care does not store credit card information.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in every detail. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address any concerns. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed, but we will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Foothills Auto Care is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, defects, or poor repairs.
Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our detailing process.
Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Please remove all valuables and personal items prior to your appointment.
7. Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection
Coating performance and durability depend on proper maintenance and environmental conditions.
Customers are responsible for following aftercare instructions to maintain warranty eligibility (if applicable).
Foothills Auto Care is not liable for coating failure due to neglect, misuse, or external damage.
8. Media & Photography
Foothills Auto Care may take before-and-after photos or videos of your vehicle for documentation and promotional purposes. We will never share personal information or identifiable details (such as license plates) without your consent. You may opt out of photo use by letting us know before your appointment.
9. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards and promo codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They may only be applied toward services offered by Foothills Auto Care.
Expiration dates (if any) will be listed on the card or promotion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foothills Auto Care and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be handled in Blount County, Tennessee.
