  • Why should I choose Foothills Auto Care?
    At Foothills Auto Care, we put our customers needs above anything else. We guarantee 100% satisfaction by not only meeting your expectations, but exceeding them. We also prioritize investing in top of the line products and tools to gain the best results possible. Our washmits and towels are freshly cleaned before each service to ensure that your cars paint surfaces are safe from scratches or abrasions. Foothills Auto Care is the best option in Blount County and all surrounding areas.
  • What kind of vehicles do you detail?
    Just about anything with wheels. We do sedans, coupes, SUV's, trucks, sports cars, campers, bikes, etc. If you can drive it we can detail it.
  • How often should my vehicle be washed/detailed?
    We recommend that you have your vehicle fully professionally detailed 2-3 times a year. While these are important, it is also important to maintain your details with maintenance cleans, which is why we offer a Monthly Program. Read about our Monthly Program under our PACKAGES page.
  • How often should my vehicle be polished/waxed?
    Due to changes in climate every season here in Tennessee, it is recommended that your vehicle should receive a fresh coat of wax every 2-3 months.
  • Do you offer headlight restoration?
    Yes! You can find this under "Extra Services" on our Packages page.
  • Do you offer wax, polish, or buffing?
    Yes! Our Premium Full Detail includes an all over coat of spray on wax, or you can contact us about having your vehicle polished or buffed for an additional price. Price is determined by size of vehicle
  • Can you restore paint?
    Yes, we can restore paint damage up to a certain point. We use a rotary polisher to buff out any scratches or abrasions and leave your paint with a shiny, finished look. Both paint restoration and scratch removal are additional charges that vary depending on condition/size.
  • Why would I spend money on a professional detail when I can go to my local car wash for cheap?
    While a local car wash seems cheap, quick, and convenient, they can be very damaging to your vehicle. Car wash companies use acidic cleaners that dull your vehicle's paint over time, their harsh and outdated equipment causes swirls all over your exterior surface, and they often use recycled water that contain dirt and salts from dirty vehicles. We can assure you that investing the time and money into a professional detail is more beneficial for your vehicle in the long run for various reasons.
  • How do I know which package is best for me?

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    Yes, it is asked that you make a non-refundable 10% deposit the day of booking that will go towards your total after the service is done. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to appointment, or you will be required to pay the full price of your requested service after it is rescheduled and completed. Exceptions may be made due to weather conditions.
  • How can I schedule an appointment?

  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Maryville, TN. We serve all surrounding areas.
  • How far do you travel?
    Our mobile services include 25 miles of travel for free. Each mile after that is an additional $1 charge. ex: 54 miles = $34 additional charge
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    While cash is preferred, I also accept payments via CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, and with physical card using Square.
  • When do I pay?
    We require a 10% non-refundable deposit to be made the day of booking. This deposit will count towards the total of your service. While most people prefer to pay after the job is done, I also accept payment prior.
  • How much will my detail cost?
    You can explore our prices for all services under the PACKAGES page.
  • Should I clean out my car before getting it detailed?
    No need to clean it, but removing your children's car seats, your personal items, and anything else that would not fit in a grocery bag is always appreciated!
  • Do I need to provide water and electricity at my location?
    We supply our own water, however we do not currently carry our own source of electricity so it is asked that you provide a power source within 50-100 ft. of your vehicle.
  • Can I bring my car to you?
    Yes! Although we do not currently have a shop, we are equipped for both mobile and stationary detailing. If you choose to bring your vehicle to us, we work from the driveway at home in Maryville, TN for the time being.
  • Do I need to be present during my detail?
    Nope! One of the main benefits of mobile detailing is that our customers get to receive our services from the comfort of their own home. Whether you're working, relaxing, or running errands, we will be getting the job done and you don't have to worry about a thing.
  • What if it rains the day of my appointment?
    No worries, we will just keep an eye on the weather and reschedule as soon as possible.
